BEBEK TEPI SAWAH (PIM)

Yeayyy!!! Big big congratulations to the grand opening of Bebek Tepi Sawah Restaurant at Pondok Indah Mall 2! We would like to give words of appreciation to the affiliates who invited us to celebrate!

Look at the magnificent ceiling! This is what happens when luxury and nature meet! I'm totally taken aback by the interior: it brings Balinese luxury to an indoor restaurant inside a shopping mall. Truly ambitious!

Look at the generous buffet table! Now let us share what we got:

SATE LILIT BALI IDR 55K
The famous Balinese fish satay grilled and served with sambal mattah
Balinese traditional satay, consisting of steamed seasoned fish tied on a twig made out of lemon grass. Brilliantly seasoned, the satay was so flavorful and tender, the lemon grass also adds extra scent.

KACANG PANJANG KALASAN IDR 25K
Sauteed green beans with special herbs called Kalas, traditionally from Bali
This delicious and slightly spicy veggie becomes a perfect company to rice and compliments the overall dish. Delicious!

TEPI SAWAH CRISPY DUCK IDR 92,5K
Our signature traditional duck with choices of deep fried or grilled served with rice, Balinese vegetable, and sambals
The main dish is of course, the crispy duck! Simply legendary, they're so addictive I couldn't help but to take seconds! While the meat is tender, the skin is crispy with just the right level of saltiness. Once you get to eat it, you won't stop to chew it!

And of course if it's Balinese cuisine, you can't forget about the sambal. Here, they have sambal mattah, sambal goreng and sambal merah. I love the foods here, although it's a bit pricey since if you eat this traditional foods in the actual Bali, you can get almost the same quality with lower price.
