Time for another tasting within the West Jakarta area! Located at a quite exclusive location, it's a mini oasis in the middle of Royal Mediterranean Apartment's lobby, just across the Central Park Mall, it's Open Door. However, we were already full from another trip, so this post is just about desserts and beverages. Let's get started!

As I mentioned before, this place looks like a mini oasis. Homey design and concept that creates a comfortable ambiance, it's a perfect place for a casual hangout with family and friends! It's a good strategy, knowing that this place is opened near a very large neighborhood hub in West Jakarta.
See what I'm talking about? All we see here are families and youngsters. Light chatter and casual laughter are something commonly heard here, forgetting the usual city conversation of work and its stress, this is a real place to rest.
Not a fan of alcohol, but I do agree that it creates better stories than a portion of salad could ever do!
GREEN TEA BLEND IDR 26K
The first one to taste is the green tea ice blend! Tastes really similar to the usual green tea ice blend you could find anywhere, despite a little disappointment on my logical side in forgetting to not put whipped cream on it. Too much sugar and fat in one glass, but I just couldn't resist.
THAI GREEN ICED TEA IDR 23K
We're never tired of green tea! After the green tea ice blend, we were curious about the Thai green iced tea, since we only tried the classic one before. The classic flavor of Thai tea is so strong, and it actually works really well with green tea!
MANGO-O-LADA IDR 26K
This is...pina colada in mango! Quite scrumptious, really! Might look simple to the eyes, but at least how they make it to a tasty smoothie is a good effort; with fresh mangoes, the sweetness and rich flavor of the fruit was so real! Refreshing!
ORANGE COOLER IDR 28K
Well, what more can I say about a classic orange syrup? It's one of the best drink from your childhood to eliminate heat. Add a bit mint leaves into it and voila! Refreshing!
TOKYO BANANA IDR 42K
Now onto the snacks! We tried this Tokyo Banana as it was interesting. Remember the Tokyo Banana snack hype from Japan? This is a gourmet copy of one: Soft sponge cake with banana and chocolate cream in the middle! Yummy!
CURRY DUST WINGS IDR 39K
anddd *drumrolls* for the final dish of the day: curry dust wings! The idea itself was already interesting, don't you think? the chicken meat is deep fried with curry flavored powder! As a big fan of curry, I have to say that the combination with chicken wings is perfect.
My review on this? It was a rare occasion that I went to a place without trying any of its main dishes, but this place looks and tastes promising that it's worth another visit!
