PORT FIVE SIX GADING SERPONG

Okay, who hasn't heard of the new hit sensation that has landed itself in Gading Serpong? Yes, it's Port Five Six and if you haven't heard of it, then you've come to the perfect post..lol!

The place is more of a coffee and brunch type but the food is actually proper and filling, so come with an empty belly! Interior is also a great OOTD spot and very instagenic, ready your camera peeps!

No matter where you look it's photo worthy, though I find it quite hard if you want no photobombs, since it's almost always a full house. I guess you need to come extra early!

PORK FIVE SIX IDRR 96K

Not the crispy skinned type of pork belly but more of a Chinese styled pork. Still ultimately good but mine was more fat than meat!

You can choose whether you'd like your egg scrambled, sunny side, or sous vide. Went with sunny side just because I love runny egg yolks, could go with sous vide but I preferred otherwise. Hash brown's surprisingly super yummy and the whole dish just makes a perfect brunch!

Look at how gigantic that pork is!

CHICKEN WAFFLE IDR 68K

The chicken is deep fried and smothered with something like Hoisin sauce, or is it actually Hoisin? Well, all I know is that I love it, really good at capturing that Western and Asian mixed sensation!

EGG SHINJUKU IDR 86K

I guess it's a slightly upgraded version of Benedict with the salmon and stuff. If you love a good Benedict than you'd love this! Here it's Benedict with an addition of avocado, crab stick, and huge salmon!

Love how the salmon is properly cooked and that crispy skin..yum!!

WATERMELON CALAMARI SALAD IDR 58K
A very unique combination! Mix of well loved ingredients, like watermelon and calamari, I rarely find anyone who dislikes these 2 ingredients!

Personally, I find it weird when I try to eat the whole ingredients together but it's definitely good when I eat it separately, so the calamari with goma sauce first then end it with the refreshing watermelon!
