Look at what we found! I don't know about you guys, but this is my first time ever to try and know about a fine-dining that is located at PIK. Is this the only one or are there actually more of them here at PIK? Well, I wouldn't even know about Le Signature if it weren't for a fellow food blogger, and yes, I do read other's blog. It's because this place is located deep in an alley. It's the alley beside PONGS home center, after going into the alley, you can find it right next to Sun Merry Bakery. By the way, I love the written name on the entrance door, so elegant!
I admit, the first floor is a bit too small for my liking, thank goodness the second floor is much better. The interior is really classy and sophisticated with black and cream as their main colors, the marble walls and all. The moment you step in, even if you didn't know before that this is a fine-dining restaurant, you'll probably figured it out from looking at their table setting. They also induced in European cuisines.
COMPLIMENTARY BREAD
This is like a garlic bread, only instead of using a hard French Bread, they used a soft and delicious Panini. There's also 3 types of condiments, one of them I think was a red wine vinegar or sauce or something, all I know is that it tastes like wine.
KING PRAWNS, BACON WRAP IN ARISA FONDUE IDR 68K
Okay, I don't know where this came from! I went here with the main reason of trying their desserts cause before coming here, we already ate steaks and was seriously full. But I don't know what 'devil' came and whispered and somehow ended up ordering this as well. Nevertheless, it tastes amazing! I was shocked that the garlic became as soft as pudding. Sooo curious of what they did to it??
FONDANT AU CHOCOLAT WITH ICE CREAM IDR 68K
It's like a chocolate lava. The cake is incredibly soft and sweet. The combination of the warm chocolate cake and the ice cream is really bad for your teeth but oh-so-amazing for you taste buds.
APPLE TURNOVER IN CHOCOLATE SAUCE & ICE CREAM IDR 68K
Somewhat like a mille feuille, a famously delicious French pastry. The consistency of the puff pastry is simply delightful, crispy and chewy at the same time. Perfect cream with addition of chocolate covered apples, who could ever deny that?
The price here is actually pretty reasonable considering this is a fine-dining, although compared to other restaurants in PIK this is categorized as really expensive. The quality of the foods are undeniable amazing! The hotel-alike service is satisfying. I definitely had a great experience here!
