Mr. Crabby and Friends offer a better situation than that; to share a scrumptious moment in a generous portion, this place speaks companionship! Located at Muara Karang, this place incorporated the semi-outdoor style. This seafood diner has just opened recently at April 14th and they're giving off grand opening discounts until 20th May 2014, so don't miss it!
The place is full of cute ornaments here and there.
I think it's unique and adorable how the use buckets in almost everywhere.
The room is really simple with wooden furniture and iron sheet walls, that oddly gives off a sea ship vibe.
They give this cute plastic apron with their logo on so you won't have to worry about your clothes while indulging yourselves on their delicious dishes.
FAIRY FRIES IDR 19,5K
The fries were fairly good, it was covered with good amount of seasoning. I guess it's great for a snack, though the portion was a bit small.
SPICY HONEY CHICKEN WING (6PCS) IDR 44,5K
Probably my most favorite one from the entire dish. This is the first thing that attracts me when I first saw the menu. It tastes sweet and a bit spicy but still tolerable for me. The sauce covered the wings perfectly, you can taste it in every bite. This is a must try snack!
PRAWN WITH CAPTAIN MIX (MILD) SAUCE IDR 68,5K
The prawns were good and fresh. For all their seafood, there's many choices of sauce, the most popular one is this Captain Mix which has 3 levels of spiciness. Even though I picked the least spicy, which is mild, it's still a bit too spicy for me. It's a good thing the ice tea was refillable and they gave us like a giant bottle so we can refill it ourselves and doesn't have to wait for the waiters to do it.
CRAB WITH GARLIC LOVER SAUCE MARKET PLACE PRICE
Here, they use local crabs that are delivered everyday from Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Papua. Each are handpicked by their chef, so you can just imagine the quality control. The sauce we pick for this one is the Garlic Lover, the other choices are; Black Bomber and Chili Honey. I was interested in the Black Bomber sauce with is black pepper but unfortunately it's not available yet when I came here.

When I came here, the owner was here and actually doing the simple jobs like taking orders and stuff, or at least I think it was the owner, they're all pleasant people and I had a great time. I also saw a family eating happily together at a table next to ours and I just can't help but think how sweet it was. This place is a perfect family restaurant. Looking at that beautiful family, they might have things to do in their lives but at that moment all of that could wait. Don't you think that it's a fortune to be able to enjoy food with our loved ones? Food can actually bring people together.
