Who's ready for an all you can eat?! Cause there's a new shabu-shabu house at Senopati area! Of course, we're back to Senopati, a place where you can always find a new restaurant each month or even week!
This new hype place is called Shabu Ghin! Interior's pretty simple like any other Japanese restaurant with dark colors and wooden furniture!

They also have various beverages and ice cream isle! You can either have the typical ocha or sodas or even milk and coffee!
Can you believe that they also have fried rice here? Lol!
Yeap, they really strive to have almost every popular Japanese dish, huh? There's also a gyudon and it actually tasted pretty good!

Nothing says a good shabu-shabu other than some veggies, fish balls, and mushrooms!
Fried goodies, anyone? They have karaage and tempura as well! Complete with it's sauce!
The karaage's actually good! It's definitely worth the try! Don't expect a super delicious karaage though but for a buffet side dish, this is good enough!
Don't really know why but they also have spaghetti and japchae here..lol! It's starting to go into a fusion rather than Japanese!
Sushi, of course, a must for a Japanese restaurant! Here they have 2 kinds, though I personally prefer this one, since there's yummy mayo on top! :D

This is their SHABU GHIN SPECIAL BEEF for IDR 188K or IDR 115K for child and senior!
Tips on cooking your meat; wait until the soup is boiling then just dip your meat until it's brown enough and you're done! This will give you the perfect cooked meat!
Next we have SHABU GHIN US PREMIUM BEEF for IDR 238K or IDR 145K for child and senior!
Saved the best for last, it's SHABU GHIN WAGYU BEEF for IDR 388K for Adult or IDR 235K or child and senior. This has got to be the most tender meat I've ever had! It's as if it melts in your mouth! Definitely the best one and it's no wonder this is the most expensive!
If you're curious of the other beef from a different pack, you can get the add-ons for this prices: Special Beef IDR 30K/plate, US Permium Beef IDR 50K/plate, and Wagyu Beef IDR 80K/plate. For the soup they have 5 choices; Original Konbu, Chicken Mizutaki, Spicy Tonyu, Spicy Seafood and Sukiyaki. The ones we had was the original konbu and chicken mizutaki! A bit curious of the Spicy Tonyu, since it's their signature and they use soy for the base but was too afraid of it being too spicy for me! Fyi, you can get an additional pot for a change of soup for only 29K!
After all those heavy meat, it's always nice to have something refreshing, fruits are the best way to go and luckily, they have those too!

Ending the night buffet with some matcha and vanilla mixed ice cream!
By the way, they're having a 50% discount until the end of this month, so this is the perfect time to try it! Though I still prefer Shaburi, this one's pretty close in line! Might come back for more, while it's still on discount..lol!
