It's finally March! Why are we excited you ask? Well, because in this month, we'll be going on a lot of vacations! That's our quick heads-up, so now let's get back to business. Today we'll be sharing about Ginzamaru, which used to be where Sumibian was at Pantai Indah Kapuk. Don't really know if the owner is still the same or not but they both have grills and Ginzamaru here has more Japanese foods. If you still have no idea where this is, it's in line with PIK's market!
We were literally the only customers here at that time but it might be because we didn't came at lunch nor dinner time, it was at 4-ish instead!
Upon entering, the impression I get is that this is a place for drinking instead of a proper meal. The lights are pretty dim and there are a lot of alcohols displayed!
There's definitely a touch of Japan here. Try visiting the place, what do you think of it?

SALMON HANA ROLL IDR 25K
Super yummy! It's definitely a safe pick type. Fyi, they also have the Wagyu Hana Roll but it wasn't available, which is really too bad cause I bet, it'll be superb as well!
PIZZA SUSHI 8PCS IDR 50K
I don't really get why they named this Pizza Sushi. Is it because the toppings are all on top of the rice instead of rolled? Doesn't taste like pizza tho! On top is the tobiko and cheese, then salmon, and last is the rice. The sauce is similar to the Hana Roll and this is also delicious!
GYU TAN DON IDR 60K
Leaning more to the sweet and spicy side and taste amazing! Though the portion is too little for me and the gyu tan is thinly sliced, it can't be denied that it's unbelievably tasty!
Yeap, that was how my quick lunch-to-dinner went! Didn't regret at all coming here cause all the foods that I ordered were all good! Definitely worth the risk!
