REUNI COFFEE AND EATERY

Yes, a new coffee shop at Muara Karang! After Viverri, Ombe, Aya, and more, here's another one called Reuni! It's not only a coffee shop but eatery as well, so there's a lot of mains and sides as well!

As I enter this place, the first thing that popped up in my mind is about how this place would be a perfect OOTD spot! It's just super pretty with an all white tone. Just see for yourself!

Love how the sunlight just creates this light and shadows making everything just look warmer!

They have 2 floors. The 2nd floor has a warmer tone with dim lights and wood furniture in contrast to the all white 1st floor! Still super pretty tho!

NUTELLA BLEND IDR 45K

A definite guilty pleasure!! Very creamy, very chocolatey, and nutty. Just the perfect dessert in shape of a beverage! You can actually taste the Nutella in this drink, or is it the hazelnut and caramel syrup? Anyways, it's perfect if you're in the mood for sweet drinks!

MUSHROOM SOUP WITH TRUFFLE OIL IDR 50K
I guess this is just standard. It's a good mushroom soup but you can't taste the truffle oil. Maybe it's better to just omit the truffle oil and tone down the price, so people won't get high expectation or just add more truffle?

RAINBOW FRIES IDR 37K
Well I didn't know that rainbows come in only purple and yellow..lol! Not my favorite fries as it's a bit dry and needs stronger flavor. Guess that's why they have to provide 3 sauces for this?

REUNI'S BALINESE "FISH BONGKOT" IDR 69K
This is actually good! The sambal matah is on point, the fish is cooked perfectly, and that just sets it all right. Too bad the fish isn't bigger..lol! Carefull cause this is one hot dish, even the veggie there is spicy!

PORK BELLY KALBI IDR 48K
Got attracted to the name almost immediately! Though was kinda disappointed at the presentation but it turns out to actually be good! Really think that they need to change the presentation cause this is really good stuff, they can lure more people if only it looks more appetizing, as the name is already interesting by itself!

AUSTRALIAN TENDERLOIN STEAK IDR 158K
Today's spotlight totally goes to this 180 grams of heavenly goodness! The steak is super tender even when it's cooked to medium well, which is what I requested. Yes, you can ask for how cooked your steak is like how a proper steak is served! The whole elements of this is good, even to their salad and wedges, which I find kinda funny since they did a good job on the wedges but not the fries from before, why?

The interior is just super pretty and feminine, you can just picture all the pretty ladies doing a photoshoot here!
