DINNER AT TOBY'S ESTATE PIK AVENUE

We've shared about Toby's first opening in Indonesia before, now we're gonna talk about their dinner menu! They've started selling these menus on November 1st 2017 and please keep in mind that this is for dinner only!

CHAR-GRILLED ANGUS STEAK

The portion here is huge, even for me who's a huge carnivore. Not only the portion big but the meat is also very thick. The taste is without a doubt superb and very tender, too bad the sauce doesn't balance out the meat. More sauce please! For the sides, they use onion rings, yeay!

CREAMY MUSHROOM SOUP

This smells wonderful! Plating's super cute too with that coffee mug and all.What makes this so good is definitely the melted brioche cheese! As usual, this mushroom soup is accompanied with a garlic bread and though it's small, it's thick and a bit overwhelming to finish.

OXTAIL RAGU

14 hours slow braised oxtail using pappardelle pasta, a wider version of fettucine. This might look a bit dry but it's actually nice!

Didn't try this salmon but that fried veggies looks inviting! Maybe it's fried kale?

Burger with its usual patty and also stuffed with onion rings. They also have one called Korean Fried Chicken Burger tho, with Samyang sauce! Both looks super good, the only difference is this one's beef and the other is chicken!

SQUID INK PASTA AND BLUE SWIMMER CRAB

ROASTED PORK BELLY
The thickest pork belly I've ever had!! Some people might find this a bit scary with its fat and all, even me but as I bite into it, turns out the meat is thicker than the fat and it taste super good! The skin is also very crispy, so I definitely got over my fear pretty quick..lol! Just remove the fat if you're still scared!
