My current favorite restaurant!! This Balinese restaurant at Pantai Indah Kapuk here is called Warung Bali Bedugul and it's located next to Warung Rawit.
Place is pretty simple though not too traditional. You can choose either your own side dish or just go with the ones already portioned.
The side dish you can choose from looks really good and I'm definitely gonna come back to try that next!
What it looks like from the front. I prefer to sit inside as people walking by can see you eating if you sit at the front..lol!
NASI BEDUGUL IDR 44K
What's in this; Babi Guling, Babi Goreng (which is also available as a side dish), Sate Babi, Dendeng Babi, Kerupuk Kulit, Daun Singkong, Urap, Sambal Matah, and Soup that taste like micin..lol!
It may still be a long way from the authentic Balinese taste but it's already pretty good as it's all super savory, just the way I like it!
CRISPY PORK BELLY IDR 50K
Delicious crispy samchan topped with Balinese spices, yum! It also comes with sambal matah, a definite must-have!
They definitely did an amazing job! The spices taste pretty authentic and there are 6 thick slices!
SATE BABI BAWAH PAYUNG IDR 40K
They have 2 types of this, 1 is called Sate Babi Special, which has more fat and this one. The staff said this one is more special though despite the name..lol! Went with this and was very satisfied!
What I love about their food is because of all the bold and strong flavors! Superb job!
If you feel that it's not salty enough, just dip it in the special salt given there.
Love this place so much! Personally find this also suitable for families, my family at least..lol!
