Do you remember the restaurant in Plaza Indonesia called Socieaty by Les Amis Group? Sad to say that Socieaty is no longer here but worry not cause they got a new restaurant to replace the loss of Socieaty. It's called BAE by Socieaty and has the same theme and same concept, a bar and restaurant!
BAE here is located in Senayan City, right next to Mamacita, in that Crystal Lagoon area. You can really see that it's a hang out while drinking kind of place. What's awesome is that they sell any kind of wine for IDR 59K per glass! Also, I thought that the place was pretty small but turns out behind that wine rack is more proper dining tables!
Like this! I actually prefer this area more cause it's more private. It'll be kind of awkward for me to be drinking or dining at the other table cause you can be seen by passerby!
Other than wine, there are other alcohols, perfect for those who loves to drink!
CASSAVA NACHOS IDR 95K
Well, this is unusual! The nachos are not the usual tortilla but with cassava. The cassava chips taste so good, even without the guacamole!
The cassava is actually topped with mozzarella, sour cream, salsa, jalapeno, and US beef..super!

This is something from the Boujee Bites section in the menu book, though I don't really know what that means..lol! Maybe somewhat like an appetizer, cause this definitely looks like it. It's a combination of tomato, balsamic glaze, and gazpacho. Not really my thing though!

Wow!! Such guilty pleasure...lol! Can you just imagine the cholesterol? Plus, it's like all fat there but oh so good. Too bad it lacks a bit more salt but I guess they're keeping of the danger zone! xD
TRUFFLED CARBONARA IDR 149K
Yes, as similar as it is to Socieaty, it also goes to the price. The portion is also that of a fine dining but you can't really blame the price as they're very generous with the truffle oil here. The taste truffle oil is very strong here and it's creamy..yum!
CABE2AN PIZZA IDR 89K
Yes, the name is literally that..lol! It's a meatless pizza with only chili as toppings. There's jalapeno, capsicum, chili, chili flakes, and a mozzarella base. Personally, I find it a bit overpriced, since there's only chili on it. Be careful cause if you get the small chili part, it's gonna be super spicy!
BEBEK MATAH IDR 159K
Looks like a bowl of salad, doesn't it? Lol! It's filled with duck breast, sambal matah, and garlic fried rice and you'll need to mix it all up to turn it into somewhat like a fried rice. This is also the best tasting menu out of all the above!
