Hey! Guess what? Today we've got news about a restaurant at fX Lifestyle X’nter! We rarely visit this shopping mall but thanks to the generous invitation, we know about this interesting place; Fatback!
This is the signature mascot of Fatback, even the owner's namecard uses a this mascot's belly!
The place is pretty cozy though it's a bit dark (don't be fooled by the photos, since I edited it so you can see the details of the room better).
I totally love the crazy art on the wall!!
They mostly use wooden furniture..or anything brown actually, which goes really well with the black and yellow tone!
Fatback is located right next to BreadLife as you can peek on the photo below!

If you look carefully, there's a projector screen that's probably used for seminars or stuff, guess this place can be used for an event!

There's a lot of sauce you can choose for the pom pom's; bbq, seaweed, etc. I personally think it's a great snack to enjoy while hanging out! It also comes with a yummy sauce, the meat was thick enough as you can see the round pom pom shape of it!

Pretty disappointed with this one! I mean, it was their signature and I was expecting something 'WOW', but it turned out to be just 'okay'. Edible, but a bit plain considering they have generous amount of meat and cheese! It could've been one amazing burger, especially with double stack! Well, at least it was filling and the fries were good enough and they can always improve!
CARBONARA RICE IDR 38K
My curious side was definitely screaming for me to try this one! You've heard of carbonara pasta, but carbonara rice? Well, that's new! And my curious side was right this time 'cause this tasted yummy with the creamy texture and bacon bits! Definitely my favorite dish on the menu!
The rice was also paired with chicken katsu, which was okay but the highlight was the rice for sure!
SPAGHETTI AGLIO OLIO IDR 37K
For their pasta you can first choose the pasta; spaghetti, penne, or fettuccine, then pick your taste! The aglio olio was okay, probably the safest menu to go with! Also, for an aglio olio, the amount of bacon they give was really generous, so a definite PLUS on that!
We also tried the Fatback Milkshake which was AWESOME, but didn't get the chance to take a photo of it, really sorry. There's Nutella on that milkshake so it's bound to be good! Anyways, they also have a live music from time to time, check out their social medias for more info on the schedules! The foods here were okay but could be better and it's such a shame if they don't improve it a little more! So, wish you luck and thank you for the having us!
