SO FASHION CAFE JAKARTA x SO HOT STONE HOTPOT

So Fashion Cafe has finally opened in Indonesia!! August 3rd was their soft opening, and it's located at Mall Taman Anggrek's 2nd floor, beside Bakmi GM, just below Din Tai Fung! The same owner who opened the shop in Taiwan has now opened the same quality, non-franchised retail branch here, where they opened both So Fashion Cafe Indonesia and So Hot Stone Hot Pot! This place is owned by the same group, just 2 brands in different concepts! Both are cute though; So Hot Stone Hot Pot (a la carte shabu-shabu place, if you're wondering) is more baby bluish, if this one is pinkish.

Disclaimer: this post is not really reviewing about the food, since I tried So Hot Stone Hot Pot when I visited this place. But seeing a cute, pinkish place like this, why shouldn't I share it? If you're curious, pay a visit and tell me about it!

They're basically more of a coffee shop and dessert cafe with basic meals such as pasta, ramen, and steak. Anyway, their desserts are mostly photogenic!

SO HOT STONE HOTPOT

 Nahhh here's the So Hot Stone Hot Pot, the hotpot place! While retaining its pink tone, place is more neutral and clean as you see! Their shabu is a la carte, with personal pot and 8, EIGHT soup choices! My favorite, tom yum, is also there! Lots of condiments to choose from and my review will be brief since I only tried one menu, also remember they don't sell pork here!

I really love this kind of clean, white-ish interior! I wish it won't get dirty in time, because this shine's the charm!

OH! During their soft opening promo, they offer free 250g lobster for 50 first customers! How to get it? You should check their instagram for further information!

WAGYU SIRLOIN SET (XL) 180 gr IDR 330K

Duh do you really have to ask how did this one taste? lembut kaya kasih ibu :)

So soft and good!!! This set includes vanilla ice cream, vegetables, vermicelli, and the soup ( I chose tom yum). The soup tasted like the sea without any smell! Fresh and flavorful!

I forgot which soup was this one, but it required one to stir fry garlic, leek, and shrimp to mix it up! This one requires more effort since the base was a bit tasteless, just a simple broth, but if you're up to something DIY, this might be your thing! I'll stick with my flavorful tom yum HAHA!
