EPIGASTRO PIK

So happy that nowadays Pantai Indah Kapuk has been flooded with restaurants with proper food and beautiful interior! One of them is this place located in line with Holy Wings, it's Epigastro!

Upon stepping inside, you'd be able to tell that this is gonna be a hit..seriously! There's even a lot of ladies doing OOTD photoshoots here, which is understandable because of how big and pretty the place is!

Besides a restaurant, this is also a juice bar and bakery. There're a lot of moms that came here to get some breads for their kids that it made me wonder if their baked goods are that good!

Since the place is spacious, it's to be expected that there'll be various group of people coming. From just a group of friends hanging out to working people! It's a great place to work because the music they play is slow songs, which makes this place very comfy and homey that I stayed from daylight to night time! :p

My favorite corner! Don't you just feel like you're no longer in PIK but somewhere serene?

Beautiful quotes on their menu..lol! There's a very wide range of foods here, from Indonesian to Western, so don't be surprised if my choice of food doesn't really match each other!

SPICY PERI PERI CHICKEN PIZZA IDR 90K
Grilled chicken, fresh coriander, mozzarella, spicy peri peri sauce, cucumber, red onion, spring onion.

The pizza here is not the thin crust type but thick, yet it's not all solid. Somehow that gap in the crust made it all the better! The staff reminded me beforehand that it's going to be spicy but turns out, it's not that spicy! Even leaning more to the sweet side instead! Me likey! :3

PITAYA ISLAND IDR 65K

Red dragon fruit, pineapple, banana, almond butter and coconut water topped with kiwi, strawberry, chia seeds, homemade granola and coconut flakes.

The actual look of this pitaya bowl isn't like this one. Since they ran out of banana and kiwi, it's replaced with melons and apples. I don't really mind because at least they replaced it with something and still healthy anyways!

Though it's not what I was expecting, since I expected it to have a thick based smoothie, instead this is really watery. Maybe it's supposed to be like this because of the coconut water?

Well, at least it tasted good but because I've tasted better ones, I admit I was slightly disappointed..just a smidge tho!

See! Told ya what we got doesn't match each other! After pizza, pitaya bowl, and now Balinese dish..lol!

NASI CAMPUR BALI IDR 90K

Organic red and white coconut rice pilaf with sate lilit, urap, bhotok and crispy fried chicken.

I do admit that this is good, especially the sweet and spicy tempeh! Totally proud that this dish came from my beloved country!

All is yummy except for this Pepes Ikan, is this even a Pepes Ikan or is it something else? Anyway, this is way to watery and tastes weird! Really disrupts the tastes, since all the others are already perfect!
