D'KEVIN BAR, BISTRO & STEAK JAKARTA

Who's ready to go on a date in a beautiful restaurant with Lulabyspoon? Yeap, today's restaurant is a looker! The name's D'Kevin and located in Intiland Tower, Sudirman. We do admit that we weren't expecting much, especially because it's located in a tower. But once again, we were reminded to not judge a book by it's cover, cause this turns out to be super fancy and classy!

It's like the room is divided into different sections with different interior, yet still the same feel! My favorite spot is the outdoor and though it's a bit warmer, I love how it's still breezy!

The most eye-catching thing for me is this huge and gorgeous bar! They also have a private room that also works as a wine cellar..super fancy, right?

CHICKEN BERRIES SALAD IDR 55K

Grilled chicken, mesclun, orange, apple, tomato, berries sauce.

A combination of fruits and veggies, which means it's a mix of sweet and sour! At first, I thought it's gonna be a bit weird but turns out, everything is very balanced! Either you eat it separately or mixed, it still tastes great! This is the reason why I love to be adventurous with our food!

GLAZED SALMON SALAD IDR 95K

Grilled honey salmon with seaweed, mix lettuce, beef, and asian vineigratte.

Since I love vinaigrette dressing when it comes to salad, I really don't have anything to complain! Especially with that tempting honey glazed salmon on the middle!

ROAST HALF SPRING CHICK IDR 115K
Roasted half marinade butter basil chicken served with grilled vegetables, garlic potato and chicken juice.

Yeap, this is literally a half chick. Might be a bit dry but it's not something the sauce can't fix! You can really taste how carefully seasoned this is! Yum!

Not something I'd order though, since I'm too lazy to eat this because you have to get your hands dirty!

TENDERLOIN CRUMBLES IDR 399K

Grilled aus black angus tenderloin topped mix mushroom reggiano cheese, bacon potato, maple and cognac sauce.

Don't be shocked by the price because this literally 2 cm of black angus tenderloin! Okay, I do admit it's still a bit too overpriced but considering the place I'm at, it's understandable!

Is it wrong of me to say that my focus is more to this bacon potato rather than the tenderloin? Lol!

SALMON STURGEON IDR 180K

Grilled tasmanian salmon served with sauteed spinach, mashed potato and creamy sturgeon.

This is my favorite out of all! Thankfully, the salmon is still a bit red inside, so it's super tender and juicy! I love everything in this plate, even the sauteed spinach is yummy! Maybe because I love creamy foods?

MIX BERRIES BOWL WITH GRANOLA IDR 65K
Mix berries combine with plain yogurt, fresh fruits and home made granola.

Ending our meal with something healthy to make us feel less guilty..lol! There's not really much that could go wrong with a granola bowl actually. Just that I guess because we took too long in taking pictures that the base has already became too watery! Nevertheless, it's still really good!

I think this might be a place that we would hang with our friends while sipping on something from the bar..lol! By the way, the name D'Kevin literally came from the owner's name, which is Kevin! Yeap, just a bit of a fun fact! :p
