CRAB SALAD IDR 95K
Soft shell crab, kimchi mayo, salad of mesclun, corn kernels, red radish, and lemon dressing.
Yeap, who wouldn't get tempted with something such as a soft shell crab on a salad? It's both healthy and satisfying! I guess the crab's pretty much predictable when it comes to taste but the fact that it's on salad got us interested in eating this salad, yes, we're usually such carnivores! The lemon dressing is definitely making the whole dish pretty tangy and gives a fresh aftertaste!
FRIED POMFRET IDR 155K
With soy garlic ginger and jasmine rice.
It's very similar to that boiled fish that you'd usually find in Chinese restaurants. I guess this is a more modern kind and of course, much more delicious! Love how it's very tasty and savory, which goes really well with rice! Yeap, just like a Chinese food!

SALMON WITH SALSA VERDE IDR 175K
Pan fried salmon, bok choy, beetroot puree, watercress salad, salsa verde.
Perfectly cooked salmon and yes, that means a bit of pink inside. The salsa verde is definitely something we don't usually find and actually goes amazing with the salmon! The other salad are just to highlight how healthy, yet delicious this whole dish is!
MISO BROTH UDON IDR 110K
Udon, miso base broth, salmon cake, fried salmon skin.
The perfect bowl of heaven on a rainy day! Well, though it's currently dry season, it doesn't mean you can't still enjoy this bowl of udon. With it's strong savory miso flavor (well, as strong as miso can get) and salmon fillings, it's a craving you'll need to satisfy in any season!
FRIED PORK CHOP IDR 145K
With herbed butter and pumpkin puree.
Can't believe I'm saying this but this time, the pork is actually average! Either that or the other just beat the pork on a mile stone! Though the herbed butter and pumpkin puree did give a wonderful taste, it just got defeated by the other amazing dishes, like the udon and fried pomfret especially!
And that's the new menus of Nomz. Never ceased to amaze us! It's always a pleasurable dining experience here. We'll be waiting for more creations to come from Nomz and we bet it'll be as wonderful as ever!
