It's time to dine with the star! A full course meal at Pa So La Ritz Carlton Pacific Place was a night to remember. This time, True Aussie Beef and Lamb presented its luscious Angus Beef Tenderloin in the masterful hands of 5-stars chefs in 4 different hotels! Our first itinerary was to experience Pa So La's interpretation of the dish by Chef Sean MacDougall. Chop chop!

Pasola here is actually the new Pacific Restaurant from Ritz Carlton Pacific Place, so what's the difference? Can't say much as it's 80% still the same..lol! I think they only change the interior to a more modern one but from the food, it's still 80% the same, which is why this post won't say that much. Sunday is almost here! Time to plan your Sunday Brunch! This is my first time trying Ritz Carlton PP's brunch and even first time being here I guess? Usually I went to the one at Kuningan. The Sunday Brunch here costs IDR 398K++ per pax but don't be surprised, since the food's variety is super wide, you can almost find anything here! Let's see what's inside!

The name's Pacific Restaurant and honestly, it's my first time hearing the name. I guess they rarely have promos or so? Located on the 6th floor. Fyi, I don't really know if it's an everyday buffet or if the buffet is just on Sundays but hotels usually offers everyday buffet, right?
